In a year when we could no longer take traveling for granted, Swedish singer-songwriter FABIAN had to move away from his girlfriend for a while. This song was born out of an uninspired spring evening, when Swedish singer-songwriter Tom Mårtensson and Bonalt were remembering their childhood and how life rarely turns out the way you (or your parents) expected it to be. Bonalt found an old chord progression in his computer, playing around with it until they came up with the nostalgic sound of the song. 

This isn't the duo's first collaboration with Tom: Their songs together with Latvian electronic music producer Tobu earned them a feature on Spotify Editorials like Tropical Vibes.
