Another siren was blaring in my ears
It was so loud they began to hurt
These noises that I can't unhear
They were less quiet, my eardrum burns

The arm was ticking the time away
It reached for me in the hallways
They are the halls that I walk in
They are the walls that cave in

These sounds have a name

They are called

I stepped into another cycle
A cycle partly owned by the sun
And the other partly owned by the moon

I was worried that it might drizzle
A couple of times, I felt too tired to run
And I'd just lay down by the lagoon

Day to day, they say
Is it going to be okay?
I don't know
Yesterday, I felt low
But, seriously
Can I try to walk slowly?
It felt fast
So, am I allowed to rest?
But, won't I miss out on the parade?
Is it really a good trade?
I closed my eyes once again
Praying that my heart will beat again

If wings were meant to be broken, why are yours so beautiful?
The feathers you have remind me of the beauty of a chaotic night out
This world sees you with hate, but in reality, you can have a role in comedy
How can one not anticipate the wisdom that you bring? oh darling

Help us understand the darker moon
Hopefully we won't decline too soon

probably unsolvable by me issue with just a simple check up
