Shinigami = death spirit
To some, death is a scary event, some embrace it because they believe there is a life after this one, and some believe that one is reincarnated.  Everyone has their view of death. I respect it. It is an uncomfortable thought and feeling.  That is why this track is the way it is.

The ocean is endless.  It's sound is soothing and peaceful, and yet it could kill a living being in an instant.  It is beautiful yet cold.  It is no respecter of those that do not respect it.  It is a untamed animal.

This is more of an interlude track than a main thing.  I could expand upon it more.

Detroit Techno is where I got my inspiration for the tracks that I make.  Our sound is very unique and never duplicated.  I did something different by adding a certain snare that is usually found outside of this genre.  I wanted to switch it up a little bit.  Why do we have to conform to the mold that we are given? Why not break free and do what sounds lovely to you? This is art and my form of expression.  I will present it the way I painted it.

Straight River Roots

Mix for the ghettotech/ Detroit Techno and miami bass heads. I don't have my mixer from Detroit with me.  Completely mixed with a tracking pad and one port for audio. A lot of getting lucky and trying to use cues.

I am just an illustrator/ graphic designer who loves music.  I don't consider myself a pro, I just like to create "sketches" of songs that I enjoy listening to when I make visual art. Enjoy! -Obscure
