I didn't receive any inspiration so I basically copied almost all of the structure... That's the reason why I called it rework (basically a cover), and not remix. 
Synth sound design made by me.

Acapella extracted from original song using Adobe Audition's "Center Channel Extractor", hence the ultra-low vocal quality.

This piece has been made in barely more than an afternoon, so it is not properly mastered, hasn't got the best sounds, etc.
