Pittsburgh-natives RH Pioneers bring a modern, cerebral spin to indie folk music. Songwriter Ryan Hoffman, singer Amy Linette and guitarist Brad Collins gained an audience performing as an acoustic trio at Pittsburgh Open Mic Nights in early 2017. By years end, the band was recording their debut album and expanding their sound, adding drummer Mike Smales. RH Pioneers continue to perform at Pittsburgh bars, clubs, bookstores and music festivals, often supporting national acts or headlining local bills.
