Rhapsodic Records enters 2012 by presenting you with a magnificent and innovative musical talent who goes by the name of Olaf Stuut.
Olaf debuts on Rhapsodic with 4 beautifully crafted tracks, a return trip in innovation that will be hard to forget.
His Ep is a symbolic story about the weirdness of life itself, to accept it blindly, because if you don’t you wind up in dark places, which are very interesting but nobody has the stamina to stay there and be happy. So there will always be a turning point where you consciously decide to be naive and more unconscious, and start at the beginning of the circle again.
The package opens with ‘I see’, an electronic masterpiece driven by a splendidly deep dark voice, fused with pads that do no less than transmit infinite love.Sissyphus is a funky electronic manifesto, cyclical keyboard riffs that intertwine perfectly with guitar, accompanied by a distant voice that reminds us inevitably of “The Great Gig in the Sky’ by a psychedelic Pink Floyd.
The versatile Olaf hits a more techno vein with ‘Up’, an aircraft lifting off towards space and a trip amongst the stars. 
We hear the circle close in Walking Stairs where this Dutch producer plays with a leading bass line and hypnotic pluck synth.Some advice: keep your eyes on this boy.

After the great success of I See by Olaf Stuut and the great feedback and support offered by the likes of Max Cooper, John Digweed, Henry Saiz and many more it's time to provide you with a massive package of remixes.
We asked the great masters to offer us their own personal interpretation of a track of their choice from Olaf’s EP. The result is before our very eyes in this splendid package.

Fresh from his remix of Music From The Heart for Oliver Koletkzi, Marco Dassi
 (Hell Yeah/McGroove/VIVa Music) chooses Sissyphus and presents us with a fantastic deep house track in his typical style, full of groove and with a hypnotic bass.

To remix I See we have Jorge Takei (Suruba/Klasse/Kolorit). This German youngster has a recent release on Suruba Records and makes his debut on Rhapsodic by taking the original into a much darker and deeper land, but with a decidedly dance floor feel.

The pure club experience is delivered by Landmark (Thirty5/Stereo/Neurotraxx). 
His remix of I See almost has a German and deep techno sound to it, a work that true club DJ’s will surely appreciate.

Aiden (Cinematique) closes the package with pure techno melodica and unstoppable synths, a decidedly ‘triumphant’ remix. Dive into this wonderful package, there’s something here for everyone!
