The train in the countryside stops at the station for sometime. The folks inside sit and sigh. Though the heavy rain outside prevents it from leaving on time, they don't mind. They don't want to arrive at the end of the line.
As the hours pass, the sheets of rain make the water come up high. There is nothing in sight. The train that shelters them is now deep within all the rain, and with the tide, it is swept away.
The train is swallowed by the sea, 300 years will pass but they'll believe they spent 3 days inside a lucid dream. 'Cause everything they see below, a kingdom they had never seen before, will make it so that they don't want to leave.

A modern take on the old Japanese story about Ryugujo (竜宮城), an underwater kingdom.

A moment captured in song. In an old run-down empty shop in a foreign country, I sat alone talking with another lonely traveler, watching the bustling, frenetic activity of the local people before us. All the while, having this chance to escape from everything back home was exactly the place I wanted to be in.

In a day where everyone tries to be louder, faster, and better, I lost myself in the rush. This is a song I wrote to help me re-evaluate what matters to me, uninfluenced by all the stimulus around me.

The Turn Back (What Was Mine)

This is a song about a city I recently went to: Seoul, the economic hub of South Korea. It's about how much it changed and how the growth made the city virtually unrecognizable in places. As the city rushes to become a economic and technological powerhouse, it swallows up the "old memories" in its haste. It's sung from the viewpoint of a man who visits Seoul after many years of absence.
Fusion of classical/romantic styles with electronic/synths.

Welcome.
Stopped making music for several months, dealing with things left in the back-burner over the years that suddenly forced its way to the front.

I'm a more reserved, withdrawn person these days. I compose music because it's comforting, and takes me out of my current circumstances for a brief moment.
