RuneScape: Autumn Voyage

Well, I've been meaning to write my own version of a Christmas song. This is a fusion of "Carol of the Bells" with "We Three Kings." A little tense and ominous, as something big out of the ordinary must be taken care of around a Christmastime.

Although what is in this recording will most likely see only very little improvement in the future, as you will notice from the anti-climactic ending, it is meant to go on a for a little bit more before ending.

Though old, out of all the pieces I've written, this is one of my top favorites. 

Slow, relaxing piece, a bit melancholic. The piano is pretty simple, serving mainly as structure for the rest of the instruments. 

This is ALL improvised; since - as I said - the piano serves as a structure, the other instruments tell the story.

I'll probably redo this in the future to improve the piano part and make the violin ensemble sound a little better.

Inconsistent, tumultuous, conflicting emotions and thoughts, only slightly dulled by acceptance, as you two walk down and part ways at Concourse B.

Concourse B

You've fought. The love is still there, but this is serious. Can it be overcome? Can the relationship be preserved?

Troubled Hearts

You're back home. How could this happen?  How can you live on now?  Fate has bitten off a large chunk out of your life, and all has changed. Your life doesn't seem to be as worth living as it used to be, not anymore. Is there end to this abyss of depression and mourning after this loss?

Really old piece, but I like it, and it topped charts for a few days on Sony's old site for amateur musicians, ACIDplanet, so it seems people like it, so I've put up here as well. Hope to redo it with better sounds and a crisper arrangement in the future.

Loss

A little idea I had for a quiet, tense scene surrounding a steady violin rhythm.

Thriller Cue 1

Based on a scene concept for some stories of mind. This would be the music behind a funeral procession and ritual for a fallen hero.

Elegy For 3 Trombones, Bass Drum, And Double Bass

A short cue for a scene of taking up a calling to some significant plan, battle, journey, destiny, etc.

The Calling

A relatively subdued orchestral piece with a drawn-out melody and drum rhythms slowly building to a more epic and determined march toward the end of the piece. Please say hello to the cameos by a middle eastern and a couple Chinese instruments.

Not meant to be true to the "genre" of the MechWarrior 2 music like some of my other MechWarrior music, but still inspired by it.

Amaranthine Mist

A soft, curious, mysterious piece with relatively steady motion as our protagonist attempts to discover the meaning behind the snow spiral to unravel a mystery and realize the repercussions in time for action, or before an opportunity is lost.

NOTE: The names of the piece are not exact translations of each other.

My first streamed city in Cities: Skylines, the building of Chaiburry follows the growth of an optimistic, self-sufficient community, brought by their forefathers to their current location to build a city from scratch, without knowledge of their origins. During the streams, we followed their developments as per the theme chosen for each generation of the people, as decided together with the viewers.
