One of Bristol’s best-kept secrets now lands on Timedance with their sumptuous debut EP ‘remember this body?’. Charged with a juxtaposition between feverish peak time and dreamy downbeat, the producer here displays a sonic palette which is as eerie as it is advanced.

On ’remember this body?’ Cleyra offers a kaleidoscopic view of their diverse approach to crafting songs, nourished with a deep, emotional and seductive energy. Across five tracks we take a deep dive into Cleyra’s idiosyncratic worlds. Subdued pads carry us through lucid-dream-inducing soundscapes where strangeness and elegance go hand in hand. Then come playful twists, as a harder side to their sound is unleashed, engineered to alight the sweatiest and most mutant of dancefloors.

On the flip side, Cleyra takes listeners on a breathtaking ride over the course of a 17-minute epic ’There Is Nothing Happening Between Us’, navigating between mournful ambience and heads-down pulsating Techno with a grace and delicateness rarely heard. The track fades before bringing things home with lush, dubbed-out, synths, suspending time with a poignant elegance.

More French Fries is a 15-track compilation bringing together 19 producers from all over France – from Paris to Marseille, including Lyon, Strasbourg, or Toulouse – all part of a generation that endeavours to shape the sound of tomorrow. This various artists compilation is the 10th release on Dürüm Records,  a celebration of french scene’s diversity, a unifying mix that draws links between scenes, cities, and sensibilities.

This genre-blending selection, that stays true to Dürüm Records’ adventurous identity, in which deep textures weave connections between each track, serves up a tasty mix of downtempo hybrids, progressive flights, club-oriented sounds, and broken rhythms.

‘Corollary Movements’ by Esgeem delivers bass heavy post-halftime with a deep focus on atmospheric sound design. SF’s Pteron returns to Ommaya Records following last year’s split EP Egosphere with kk.Shucko, offering an immense excavation of tension and rhythmic mystery on Alpheratz. The opening’s quiet pull intensifies until it parts like a veil, revealing a meticulously sculpted deep-space landscape. “Che” and “Outer Orbit” push deeper into fog-laden percussive interplay, perfectly suited to a Bay Area warehouse. "Face Off" delivers sharp-edged, gritty bass manipulations and rhythmic shards that feel crafted for techno wayfarers in pursuit of the ever-elusive drop.

Remixes arrive from Brooklyn’s Sobolik, key member of Kindergarten Records and All Centre, and SF scene staple Oso Feo of Sutro FM, each reframing the EP for distinct underground territories. Sobolik’s take on “Alpheratz” channels the original’s tension into shimmering polyrhythms and expansive synthwork, opening the track into a luminous, trance-adjacent space, while Oso Feo’s remix of “Face Off” strips it into a low-slung, slow-burning roller that hums with restrained intensity, tailor-made for dawn-lit dance floors.
