The song "Jodi Bhabo" was composed in 2005-2006, which was initially written by Arka Ganguly,a friend of Riad from Kolkata.

Later in 2011 Riad met Ahmed Saad Rizvy who helped him to complete the song by writing the second verse.

This version of the song was recorded in 2012........

In almost every circle, there’s always that friend of yours who takes up the guitar casually & plays one or two of your favorite tunes when asked, sometimes he doesn't even wait for you to ask him to play one! Faces in the circle changes, everybody moves on with the usual rat race of life but when you still find that friend of yours passionately in love with his one & only muse, you know he has ‘it’, that fire within him that constantly burns. 


Inspired by two brothers in the quartier, named Shahed & Javed, who had their own band called ‘Flame’, Riad took up his first guitar in 2000 and took eastern classical music lessons (Vocal) from Shurobondhu Ashok Chowdhury from 2003-2007. Being a composer himself, most of his songs are written & tuned by himself which have a diversified latitude ranging from Melo Rock, Blues or pure Chatgaiyan Folk.
