Intro to Lyfe Boost

Welcome to Lyfe Boost and thank you for listening to my first podcast episode!
Lyfe Boost is about providing alternative health methods for individuals to be successful within their day to day lifestyle. I want to make an impact on the world we live in by providing new perspectives within mental, physical and spiritual health. I have a passion for helping others and making a difference within the world we live in today. 

My first podcast episode is with Jason Coulthard; a 23 year old veteran from the Toronto Police Service from Ontario, Canada. He retired due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). He nearly lost his life and overcame huge accomplishments as an individual. This individual has been involved on the war on drugs within Canada for 14 years! He explains methods and ways for first responders to get help for their mental health. He is making a difference within the world of emergency services and is passionate on creating positive change for others. He is also the founder of New Hope Field of Dreams.

Hello everyone, welcome back to Lyfe Boost! This podcast episode is about child sexual abuse and how it affected me as an individual. This is a story to share awareness within mental, physical and spiritual health.
I want to share my story so that other men can stand up against child sexual abuse. I want to make a difference for others throughout the world we live in. I want to create positive change. This story will show you what happened to me when I was aged 9 to 11. I want people to understand that this is a serious issue and that there need to be more things done about it. It's important for us to be free and accept our past. 
Nobody can fight for this until we all stand up against it. Lyfe Boost is about trying to make an impact on overall health within others. We focus on self-improvement to increase confidence within our viewers so they can complete short-term and long-term health goals for themself.
