The cover photo is from the 1958 movie “Jalsaghar” (The Music Room). The movie is about a rich landlord who loves to host classical music soirées at his mansion, but who due to failing health and loss of his riches, is increasingly unable to do so. 

The title of the track also alludes to the notion of “failing nobility” or “the obligations of nobility”.
