BIOGRAPHY- Ricardo Suave
With every generation comes an extraordinary talent ready to shape the future, their voices often time command your attention while their spirit warms your soul. One such voice that has been resonating on the local circuit is that of Sheldon Williams more popularly known as Ricardo Suave. 
Born on January 5, 1975 Suave has been in the music fraternity for over a decade yet his commitment is still as solid now as is was back in 1991 when as a teenager he entered Jamaica's Inter-Schools Festival Competition representing Clarendon College where he won a Silver Award for his rendition of the Larry Graham mega' hit' "One In A Million You". 
Suave was always a fan of music, growing up he would listen and sometimes do renditions of songs from local pioneers like Sanchez who he credits as one of his early influences. His charisma was often times what keep him progressing as he would make the best opportunity of every situation and that coupled with hard work and dedication led Suave to the forefront of the industry. 
In 1995 Suave got his big break when he was featured on the Starlight segment of the greatest one night reggae show on earth STING. From there Suave continued on his musical journey and in 1996 he entered the Red Label Wine Super Star Song Competition where he placed second with an original composition entitled "Embrace Me". 
Though not one to be classed in any specific genre Suave has long been a practitioner of Lover's Rock. In fact during October 1999 while in the town of Mandeville he came under the wings of popular musical arranger and vocalist Norris Griffiths who incidentally gave him the stage name Ricardo Suave. The two later collaborated on a number of ventures for outside clients seeking assistance in production. 
Having grasped some new techniques Suave began to focus on his own career once more recording and performing until he caught the attention of dancehall artist Spragga Benz who later collaborated with him on the smash single "Rock Your Body" for which a video was shot. 
Since then Suave has been racking up exposure at a number of prestigious events and ceremonies including a radio & television advertisement gig with Jamaica's leading beverage company Spike Industries Limited (Inseason Juices). He has also performed at Kings House for a host of Government Officials like the Governor General, Prime Minister and Private Sector Leaders but his most noted stage experience was in 2008 when he performed at the Internationally renowned Air Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival. Suave opened for big name acts like Anita Baker and Diana Ross. 
At the start of 2009 Suave appeared on the big stage at the Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival this time alongside Lionel Richie, Randy Crawford and the O Jay's. In March he made his presence felt at the newly established Jordu Live showcase and is now working with his Independent Record Label Suave Productions to create a buzz to welcome his highly anticipated debut album due out 2014.
