London-based DJ and producer Jay Duncan collaborates with saxophonist Ben Vince on her debut release for Phantasy, introducing two wildly imaginative compositions alongside a simmering remix from Ricardo Villalobos.

From the first notes of brass, quickly melting into a lucid shuffle, it’s clear that ‘In Limbo’ exists on it’s own terms. Vince's virtuoso playing, a feature of former collaborations with the likes of Joy Orbison and Mica Levi, is here gradually manipulated by Duncan into a hugely ambitious trip. This meditative and mysterious approach draws listeners deeper into a liminal, minimal space somewhere between the Fourth World as imagined by Jon Hassell and four AM on a dancefloor in South London.

Duncan deftly raises the tension for the title track’s more percussive and arguably club-ready sibling ‘Anti-Purgatorio’, drawing out almost impossibly taut and inventive rhythms constructed around wormholes from which spill Vince’s instrumentation, washed downstream amid slippery modulations and a distinctive analogue atmosphere.

Ricardo Villalobos adds to his own superlative history of remixes with a characteristically trippy take on ‘In Limbo’. Spanning nearly fifteen-minutes, the legendary Chilean-German innovator subtly reimaginines this ambitious record in form true to both his own musical heritage as well as Duncan’s futurism.

Rhadoo is one of the most important figures in Romanian minimal scene, as well as the underground scene. His DJ and production skills knows no boundaries. His style blends the old with the new, adding new elements to modern electronic music. In 2007, he founded the label [a:rpia:r] with his trusted friends Petre Inspirescu and Raresh. The label’s reputation grew rapidly worldwide and is now a solid platform for artists and music connoisseurs.

Creating worlds never seen before and the constant return to nature as the ultimate designer and source of inspiration are the prosperous obsessions shaping the artistic practice of Silviu Vișan a.k.a Dreamrec. Growing up around his artisan father who was building oversized toys for an amusement park turned into the perfect context to learn about the emotional experience of immersive environments and the secrets of morphing a place into an event. Not to mention it was the starting point for the self-thought wizard to try his hand at DIY magic either bringing joy or conjuring horror. Years later using videofeedback and layers of state-of-the-art software as tools to explore the unusual time&space where computers become genuinely unpredictable and the output becomes a fluid stream of pareidolia, Dreamrec is channeling in international festivals, clubs and art spaces his own visual aesthetic: immersive, mesmerizing and fictional as if visitors / partygoers physically stepped into another dimension. In today’s episode, we bring a very dear friend, Marcelo Godoy, a São Paulo native who has been living in Germany for many years, also known as TEMPOESPACIO. For over 20 years, Marcelo has dedicated himself to sound research, exploring rhythms and the cultural forces that shape music. His musical approach blends techno, experimental, and organic influences, always seeing music as a transformative agent that connects and moves people.

Through TEMPOESPACIO, Marcelo channels his eclecticism into a sound that reflects both his deep connection with club culture and a vanguard perspective on sound experimentation. His sets create a true tension between body and sound, exploring contrasts between rhythmic precision and spontaneity, repetition and disruption. More than a sequence of tracks, each performance is an experiment in movement and perception, inviting the dancefloor to listen with their body.

Einzelkind is a Dj and producer from Frankfurt am Main. He is the owner and curator of Pressure Traxx, La Peña, and Harlo labels. Also, he is a Resident Dj at the Robert Johnson club.
Giuliano Lomonte hails from Andria in the south of Italy, deeply in love with vinyl and strongly affected by trippy - groovy tunes, Giuliano is absolutely passionate in playing long-lasting sets. Through releases on Sammy Dee's Ultrastretch Label, Point of View, and Frankfurt’s Pressure Traxx, you can hear Lomonte's musical vision in its purest form.
Einzelkind and Giuliano are really good friends and they are gonna release a few records together so this B2B collaboration between the two it just came naturally.
