Bio:
In 2019, Roma moved from his homeland Transnistria to Berlin. Musical enlightenment was not long in coming in his new home. In true Berlin fashion, the full-blooded dancer embarked on a musical voyage of discovery through the city's well-known clubs. With the new impressions he gained, MOTOW formed his own style and turned his inner self inside out with his driving technoid sets. For him, the most beautiful thing is to be able to reveal something of his emotions to his fellow dancers in this way. Let Roma take you on a colourful journey and into the expression of himself.

We're starting 2024 the same way we started 2023... Deep and Melodic. 🎶 🎧

I've been working on sorting out my music libraries to make it easier for me to completely improvise sets from start to end. On Saturday, I went into the studio with zero practice, hit record and this mix was the result. 🙌🏻

Progressive and Organic sounds are the order throughout (my favourite). Expect lush melodies, dreamy atmospheres, driving percussion, and definitely no radio edits! 

Best listened to from start to end as a complete journey. 🪐 🚀

He quickly started playing at parties in his home town Ghent, and was soon spotted by the masters of the Belgian 90’s progressive scene, leading to his own monthly radio show ‘DreamWeaver’ at the renowned xbeat radio platform. His analytical mind and creative personality makes him a true master in selecting the deepest baselines and percussions, leading to mesmerizing mixes that excel in flow and catch rhythms, the transitions frequently having the merit of becoming musical compositions on their own. As a loyal passionate of progressive house music ever since the 90’s, his mixes always carry his personal musical signature and never cease to draw the attention of progressive music lovers around the world.

He offers a unique and sophisticated mixing through a deep knowledge of electronics. Highly danceable with electrifying sounds, playing a progressive style that has a punch combined with still melodic moments merging it in a perfect underground style.
