I have tweaked built in patches, redesigned some - including pads and basses, and created some from scratch notably white noise for fx, percussion and a filtered bass. I have automated filter sweeps using Dune's built in filter on a couple of tracks. I created a vinyl track noise effect at the start with two tracks of white noise using many random functions in the mod matrix.

Played as a mono synth using LFOs for rhythm, sequencing and pitch mods. All mixing done by playing the four macros and modwheel, then editing the recorded automation on the timeline.

Other Fx - NONE

T-Force Alpha Plus - is a totally free synth (I discovered it on KVR at start of Feb and it changed my mind about which synth to use.) The sound is very good, although very limited no of presets - and none percussive. 
So... I used a couple of presets (heavily modified) and designed the rest myself. I will post my presets as soon as I get them sorted out.
Also, I used no third party effects - the filter sweeps you hear are made with the synths LFO's, lots of automation of many synth parameters, and even automated EQ sweeps a couple of times.

This is a return to melodic ideas I had when composing "My Secret Garden" some years ago, when still using soundfonts and softsynths were new to me.
The track is unfinished - minimal production processing - mainly cutting unwanted low frequencies. Most time spent on composition and arrangement. Some parts played with harp will be piano when finished.

Basically I was unable to take part in the Apricot round, so this was my chance. It's based around a 5 beat arpeggio I created with this synth. I thought I might use more of Odin 2, but ended up using it just for the snare.
This track is dedicated to my lovely Jenny who in spite of many current ailments managed to walk several miles of difficult coastal path to get the photo of a waterfall for my cover pic. :)

Created for the KVR One-Synth Challenge #138 Using just ONE instance of Surge and no external fx.
How? Used the keyboard split in Surge with left side monophonic and right side for polyhonic. Made use of LFOs, MPE capability and the Sensel Morph.
3x oscs plus noise and ringmod for each side - each playing a different sound.
Left side - LFO Kick, bass and hats; pressure for ringmod growl on bass, timbre (y) for filter mod.
Right side 2x lead sounds and lfo gated pad; pressure for vibrato, timbre to move between lead and pad sounds. 
Used the morph dials and modstrip to mix between sounds and additional LFOs. (All mods within the synth)
