Increasingly desperate hang-over from early 80s synthy new wave, post-punk, growing up with early Simple Minds, Gary Numan, XTC, Bowie, Rush, Talk Talk, OMD, Kraftwerk, Eno, Can, Win, The Blue Nile . . . and now finding myself listening to LCD Soundsystem, Sleaford Mods, Idles, the divine Lana del Rey.

Most of the songs posted here are from an album - leith love songs - I wrote and recorded as a gift for my wife when we got married in Summer 2023. Get it on Bandcamp.  Underneath all the alienation and despair, they're love songs really 🤣.  

All played, recorded, mixed, mastered etc by me in my wee basement studio in Leith, Edinburgh.  I also play bass in the fantastic band The Peacemen.
