Pt.1 is an experiment with a contact mic and heavy compression from (I think) an old Boss multi effects unit.
Pt.3 features one of my favourite sounds, a scalpel cutting paper (which I use in lots of tracks) and a faulty guitar lead picking up radio signals. 
The cover shot is from the Mclusky/Oceansize USA tour 2004, I forget what city.

Most of the tracks were processed with an Akai 1721L reel to reel tape machine and/or a Tascam 4track cassette recorder and feature more guitar than later works.

Using even more tape processing than previous works, any sense of melody and structure is disregarded in these four drone/noise based tracks. The titles are all anagrams which give clues to the origins of samples/sounds used in the tracks.

The cover shot was taken on an Oceansize tour circa '09/'10 somewhere in Germany, It's the window of a bar.
