I first started writing the lyrics for this song in December 2011 and finally finished them in September 2012 and then worked out the melody. This is when I approached Andrew to help me. As I do not play guitar, Andrew used all his experience as a top guitarist, songwriter and producer to help make it what it is today!

I am not a singer, but as It's my very first song, I felt I should lend more to it than just the songwriting and I must say I am over the moon with it and never thought it would get this far. It's inspired me to carry on writing, so watch this space.

I am the drummer in a band called Midlife from Barnoldswick in Lancashire, UK. I have also started writing my own songs, the first of which you can listen to on here. I was so happy with how the first song turned out, that it has inspired me to continue writing, so watch this space...
