I wrote most of this tune in 2007, when I was being treated for a season of depression. The lyrics are partially personal (I hated antidepressants) and partially satirical (our culture is on pills for everything). I always liked the riff. It's inspired by some 90's grunge music. So, 6 years later, I decided to record it.

This tune is a breakup song for a former way of life. I'm "Falling out of love" with a lifestyle that only this world can associate with. 

1 John 2:15-17 says: "Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world- the cravings of the sinful man, the lust of the eyes and the boasting of what he has and does- comes not from the Father but from the world.
