I recorded this tune off Kiss FM in Sheffield in 1996 on a late night Trance show mixed by Alex Pepper. I loved it from the moment I heard it, but I have no idea what it is called. I have never heard it anywhere before or since and would dearly love to know the name of the track and who it is by. 
And now I know what it is called - so I've put the right name on
