Frank was homeless, living around the Talbot Road area of Notting Hill in the early 1990s. He would often tidy and clean our office and sometimes slept there. 

He'd clearly suffered mental health problems in the past and would sometimes speak about whatever was on his mind, often becoming quite agitated. 

I gathered from listening to him that he'd left Jamaica in the 1950s to travel to the UK and had learned electrical engineering skills. 

I heard he disappeared sometime in the mid-90s.
