About Richard

I've been playing guitar and writing songs for a long time. After an absence of a few years from actively recording and performing, I released a mini-album of brand-new songs entitled "Psychosomatic", written and recorded between July and October 2019. It is available to listen to in its entirety here on SoundCloud. More recently I uploaded some demo recordings from what was going to be the follow-up EP "A Year Without Sun" and an example of some of my ambient synth noises in the form of "You Trick Die Self". Much of these more recent recordings are not completely finished and lack polish (and vocals too!), but I think they're interesting.

I previously played guitar in various bands in the UK and most recently in Seattle, most notably From the Fall (who totally rocked by the way!). Now I play anything and everything: guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, synths, drum machines, descant recorder. Nowadays I play drums in Whisperite too.
