Rich Daniel - Deep I Tech I House I Vol. 2

Originating from Leeds, Rich Daniel’s natural connection to House music is truly organic. Having a wealth of House music history in his backyard inspired the love of the genre and the purchase of his first set of turntables at the age of 15. 

At 27, Rich Daniel has been exposed to many influences that have cultivated his current sound, including hip hop, bassline house (UK), Deep House, Tech House, Soulful house and Jackin’ House. He identifies his brand with tunes that have firm funky basslines and strong vocal attitude, tracks that lift the party and give it a pulse. 

Since relocating to Australia in 2013, Rich Daniel has certainly started to create his footprint in the Melbourne space.  His entrepreneurship skills saw him launch (in partnership), Season II of ‘Digital Sunsets’ fortnightly rooftop party at the respected nightclub Onesixone. 

As a testament to his talent, he has been welcomed to warm the floor for a few international headliners including Derrick Carter and DJ EZ at New Guernica. He has also appeared at other local venues, Norma Jean, Lucky Coq and the infamous party boat, The Victoria Star. 

A true lover of a party, Rich Daniel’s fun and enthusiastic approach to music is a joy to be part of. 
His friendly face and welcoming nature is a refreshing addition to the Melbourne party scene. 
We will be seeing some exciting things from this Yorkshire lad.
