Mario Alonso, más conocido en el mundo de la música electrónica como Lowsystem es un Dj/Productor nacido y crecido en Salamanca (España) afincado en Barcelona (Catalunya).

Mario comenzó a tocar en 2006 en clubs como Sala Zeus de Medina del Campo y exportar su música a Castilla y León, Madrid, Asturias, Galicia y Barcelona y en festivales como el Festival Internacional de las Artes en Salamanca y el Fresh Weekend.

Rápidamente cruzó la frontera de su país, tocando en Portugal (Covilha) y Alemania (Berlín). Ha compartido cabina con artistas como Oscar Mulero, Ben Sims, Regis, Sandwell District, Function, Surgeon, Dave Clarke, Reeko, Exium, Christian Wünsch, Kr!z y SHXCXCXSH…

Lowsystem, un peso pesado y buena parte visible y artística de Speaks Silence. Un virtuoso detrás de la cabina que anda por encima de cualquier moda e ideología si se habla de Techno. Las señas de identidad de Lowsystem hacen que sus sets no sean una consecución de temas, si no algo contextualizado y convertirlo en una experiencia única. Sus sesiones describen una historia, escrita con hipnosis, obscura, los clásicos de techno y una técnica admirable a 3 platos.

313 Acid Queen DJ Set At Marble Bar - Detroit - 22072022

Rebecca Goldberg is a producer, live performer, DJ and graphic designer from Detroit. Since her debut EP release, 313 Acid Queen, she has been affiliated with the multidisciplinary arts collective, Detroit Underground. Rebecca is a seasoned radio DJ having mixed for FM and internet-radio shows hosted across the globe.

Goldberg has self-released music and multimedia projects ranging from Detroit techno to experimental/avant-garde electronic music. She tours internationally as a DJ and live performer and has been featured at notable events from Movement Electronic Music Festival to Tresor in Berlin. Unconfined by genre, Rebecca has written original scores for classic films, “Le Voyage Dans La Lune” and “Gojira,” which included live performances at Silencio, David Lynch’s members-only club in Paris, and Armageddon Beachparty in Detroit.

In 2022 the New BBC Radiophonic Workshop released a selection of field recordings she took throughout her native Michigan for their Travel Agency project. For her live performance she focuses on sound design and the unpredictable capabilities of working with electronic instruments. In early 2023 she produced a live show called Upphljómun to showcase live performances from herself and Icelandic electronic artists during the Reykjavik Winter Lights Festival. Her most recent EP on Detroit Underground, TROIS CENT TROIS, was featured on Bandcamp’s “New and Notable” releases and is available to order worldwide. EPM Podcast 164 comes from Detroit man DJ Rolando. Having made his name as The Aztec Mystic on Underground Resistance and as Los Hermanos (on his own eponymous label) alongside Gerald Mitchell, he now runs his second label venture R3 (Roland Rocha Records) and exclusively releases his own music on the imprint. This mix captures then man in techno funk heaven as he brings together tracks from Steve Rachmad, Rennie Foster, R.M.K., Jeran Fortis, Ribe & Roll Dann, Mark Broom, The Exaltics, Elisa Bee, Mr G & Duncan Forbes, Klint and of course some hot up and coming floor bombs from the man himself!

Rolando grew up in south west Detroit, a Hispanic district, and was heavily influenced by his cultural Latin rhythms and percussion. Inspired from an early age by his musician father, he pursued his own interest in music and became well known and respected within the community. It was later when he heard Jeff Mills in 1985 as ‘The Wizard’ that he discovered the innovative sounds of Techno. Through a mutual friend he was introduced to Mike Banks and joined Underground Resistance in 1994. 

In 1999 'Knights of the Jaguar', although not Rolando's first release on UR, turned perceptions of Techno on their head, breaking into other genres of dance music and becoming a classic in the boxes of DJs such as Tenaglia, Oakenfold and Gilles Peterson. The track has a long legacy of reworking and lives on nearly 25 years later inspiring audiences from all genres. Rolando continues to work internationally as a DJ and still preaches the word of techno to enthusiastic crowds the world over.

@anthony-rother is a stone cold electronic music legend. He’s put out 20 albums since his debut in 1997, and run the Psi49net and Datapunk imprints, which have more or less defined the electro genre. Lately, he’s been back with a vengeance, releasing the “3L3C7RO COMMANDO” LP on his own label, as well as EPs for DVS1’s Mistress Recordings and of course Danny Daze’s Omnidisc. His DJ sets these days are comprised of his own unreleased music specifically tailored for dancefloors. Rother is a dream booking for The Bunker who we still kind of can’t believe is coming to play our collaborative party with Omnidisc on November 1 (more details at http://bit.ly/omnibunker ).
