Richie Williams hails from Sydney Australia.  His signature funk grooves are infectious, driven by husky vocals, captivating melodies and quirky heartfelt lyrics.The influences of Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers and Jamiroquai are evident in his original music which is a 70s inspired surf, soul and funk bonanza. 

On his latest EP, Richie has teamed up with Murray Burns from iconic band Mi-Sex to deliver an electric sound experience. The album tells the stories of Aussie battlers, triumphs and tribulations, love lost and found and living in a small town  and features guest musicians including Rick Fenn (12CC) and Thierry Fosselmale (The Whitlams).
