Yo! My 5th project is here, "Keep Ya Drive". The meaning behind this album is to always stay focused and motivated on the path to your success. There are times where obstacles are placed in front that may slow us down, but there's always detours directed for us to over come them. I truly believe that. It's similar to traffic lights, stop signs, or even pot holes when you're on the road. You'll be at a pause for the moment, sure, but eventually you will pass and continue on. We all go through the motion of being close to quitting, but in order to reach our full potential it is mandatory we keep the drive going. Big special thanks to everyone who was involved in helping me bring this vision to life! Give it a fair listen. Hit me with feedback, which songs you love and hate. I’d appreciate it, enjoy!

At the last One Cat studio session for the record we recorded CPMG and Don't You Give Up, which was one of the newer songs. It was always going to be the closer. 

For this one and Spirited Away, I'd arranged and programmed some synth strings. The fabulous Basia Bartz came to Ross' place the day after we'd watched the Super Bowl to record the real ones. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. In fact, I think the whole thing is pretty great. 

Also want to shout out to Melanie Crew who sang backing vocals on this song, and a few others on the record.
