have always wanted to do an edit with bad bunny and 'monaco' felt absolutely right...afro house being huge in places like monaco really got me thinking how I could combine the latino & afro house elements to make a track that was adhesive and inclusive of both cultures + unique to my sound...all while still hailing the caribbean..this is the result.

Too Rough 4 Radio returns with a much anticipated TR4R#10. Following the past releases “Rough Cuts” & TR4R 02, this new compilation continues it’s path on crafting not only absolute bangers, but covering a wide range of genres— from breaks to techno to electro, and all flavors of house. Recruiting 28 artists from around the world, such as DOS, Slim Steve, Peer Du, Tommy Vicari Jnr just to name a few, there is no mistaking the prowess of production level here. Arguably, the most ambitious ‘Cuts’ thus far, the appeal to any taste is delivered here. Take Etur Usheo’s breaks anthem “XTC Groove,” or Clocked Devices’ electro punisher “Grow Box,” there is nothing left uncovered here.

Finally in store 18 months after I first produced it and part of an ace package of remixes that includes a number of other unreleased (or previously vinyl only) gems. Other highlights for me include both Greg Wilson's & Ewan Pearson's very different takes on 'Cocaine Blues', the two takes of 'Caméleon Chameleon', a stunning instrumental version of 'Forever' and Max Essa's great take on their first release 'Starlight'.

Humpty Dump (The Reflex VIP Edit)

An ode to those classic Italo tracks of the mid eighties that were a precursor to the early Detroit/Chicago sound. This will finally get a release in mid July as part of the Sound & Vision EP (including my recent Bowie rework).

The sample spotters amongst you will recognise elements from Charlie's 'Spacer Woman' and a couple from Klien & MBO as well as the rather twisted Rick James vocal.
