A little mashup which I made with two of my ultimate Trance classics from a time where Trance & Techno sounded very similar to each other. Was inspired to make this one when I heard Jase Thirlwall drop Mac & Mac's 'Feel it' during his set at Mental Aslyum Singapore, A track which I hadn't heard in absolute eons ! 

So here it is....and actually...its one of my very first proper mashups !

A new mashup which I did using 2 of the most beautiful Uplifting Trance tracks you will ever hear! A.R.D.I - Landscape from 2011 & Andy Tau - Fable(Ultimate Remix) from 2013.

Both these tracks are pure magic! So heres what happens when you put the two together!

This is the live recording of my closing set from 'Trance Republic Presents Energise with Photographer' on the 6th of August 2015 @ Azzura Beach Club, Sentosa, Singapore.

Despite a bit of a hiccup at the venue, it turned out to be a fantastic night filled with great Trance music from start to end. A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who turned up that night (and braved the heat!) and to those who stayed back all the way till the end...I don't think I have enough words to express my gratitude! 

As I was playing the closing set, I decided to pack this one up with Trance classics!. And in the end, it was more or less a total classics set barring the final track, which is more or less an instant classic in my opinion :)

Both these tracks are meant for absolute destruction! So I guess its needless to say what happens when you put the two together ;)

The latest Mashup which I did using the A&B sides of one of the greatest Trance classics ever made by Lost Tribe, Gamemaster/My Soul, and a more recent but severely underplayed track by Giuseppe Ottaviani, Passion!

Just as my previous mashup, this one fuses the sound of classic Trance with the more contemporary sound of Trance and is something that seems to come to me more organically. So I think I'll be focusing more on these kind of mashups from now on ;)

This is my set from Transfix at Zouk Singapore on the 11th of September 2016! This was without a doubt one of the most memorable nights for me and seeing the reaction of the crowd that night to some proper Trance music and seeing so many on the dance floor even at closing time was something that will be stuck in my memories for a long time! This is a very special 3hr mix I did featuring tracks produced by, who is to me, the greatest Trance producer the world has ever seen, Ferry Corsten!

We've come to the end of yet another year and as with previous years, I've compiled a mix that takes a look back at some of the tunes that have truly stuck with me over the course of 2016 and have either moved my feet...or moved my heart.(Or both!)

For me, personally Its been an year filled with some fantastic gigs and its been truly amazing to see the support & encouragement that I've received from the amazing Trance fans that continue to turn up at these events and make it all worthwhile! THANK YOU for your support! Trance around the world with Lisa Owen - World Trance Dj event 2016 Guestmix

Well...here it is. The recording of my closing set for 'Trance Republic Pres. Energise ft Daniel Kandi' on 21/04/2017 which was also my final gig in Singapore as I say goodbye to the tiny red dot that has been my home for more than a third of my life.

To everyone that has supported me over the years...I don't think I can say it enough but..THANK YOU for all the support that you've given me over the years! It's been truly amazing to see the support & encouragement that I've received from the amazing Trance fans of Singapore! Simply put, seeing everyone enjoy the music and having a good time on the dance floor and connecting with the music is the ONE AND ONLY THING that has motivated me to do this!

As far as the set is concerned..well..lets just say I left my best for last. From Uplifting to Tech to classic euphoric Hard Trance...this one had it all, with a crowd that partied on till 5am! And halfway through the set, Daniel Kandi himself joined in for a very brief B2B Session :D

Euphori-YA Vol.1

One of things I've been working on ever since I moved to Australia over an year ago was to start producing & making my own music. As a result, I've been spending countless hours/days/weeks/months learning the art of production and trying different things out. I've barely scratched the surface and got a hell of a long way to go..but of all the tracks I've worked on thus far, I think I'm ready to share this one. 

The original version of this track by the German maestro Nils Frahm is a track which blew me away the first time I heard it, and is also the source of a story that few people who are very close to me know of..and will remain that way! ;)

This is my Trance adaptation of this amazing track!  I hope you enjoy this, and would love to know what you think :)

A couple of months ago, one of the absolute legends of Trance, Mike Push, announced a remix competition for his latest single "No Borders".  I didn't win,  but I was pretty happy with what I managed to make in under 2 weeks!
