So this is my first cover to date, and boy was it fun to make! I can't believe how far my sound has come over the last 7 years. Another Dose

Carrion (Cover)

This song has had it's remaster already. However I wanted to put a spin on it. How would I write the guitar for this song now-a-days with the new equipment that I have. Thus this version came to life. This song is BY FAR. My heaviest and well rounded song to date. Dropping this song from Drop B to Drop A made a hell of difference. That clanky sound is intentional and boy if you have some good bass on whatever you listen to this on makes a hell of a difference.

Monster

Soundcloud still isn't the best platform out there. In fact I intend for this to be the last song that I post on this site. However this song had it's original demo debut on here, and now that it's finally finished I figured it would close out my Soundcloud saga.

About 2 years ago while making arguably worse music than I do now. (Every artist grows with more knowledge and time) I could easily find my music through tags that were selected for it. From what I recall it was a feed that focused on new music and didn't hide anything unless it warranted it. At this point in time Soundcloud continues to hide the small artists that were the foundation of this site. I'm very much aware that my music isn't huge, and doesn't really deserve to be on the main stage. However the fact that clicking on a tag that this site shows brings up well established artists and hides all of the new music is silly. It's a sad day when my music has a higher exposure on Instagram than it does on Soundcloud. 

Also don't get me started on all of the thirsty bots that plague this site. It happens everywhere, but damn is it even worse here. Multiple follows after every track with profiles that only quickly follow and unfollow to try and bait users into checking out their pages. I don't even want to know if this actually works, and I'll be damned if I play a scam game to get people to listen to my music. There was a point where my page was growing naturally and just like other sites that made small artists feel welcome things have changed. Goodbye Soundcloud. I will happily not be buying the "Pro" plan.
