State of Anarchy is an EP that takes the listener back to the roots of Hip Hop, with homegrown and original boom bap instrumentals fully cut from scratch by Ridik Emcee.

The lyrics are enriched with multi's and wordplay, detailing Ridik's view on real life topics in a candid and comical way. 

This EP hits the hardest in that it is dedicated  to free thought, and free will in a world saturated with surveillance, social noise, and increasing civil and political stress.

Originally from Portland, Oregon. I love music and all genres and blend them with Hip Hop. My favourite styles are lyrical, grime, blues, metal, country. The name Ridik is obviously a play on ridiculous, which is how I look at how savage life can truly be at times. My whole motto is "laugh it off," for most hardship, and as a core part of my own personality translates across in my music pretty well I would think. In the past I've chosen anger and malice in my words, but these days I try to work towards a more positive message. We all have darkness inside us, but how we choose to channel it is totally in our grasp. Life's all about grafting through the hardship so we can relish the precious happy moments. I'm currently performing around Leicester and the Midlands and want to branch out and get collabs in with interesting and unique artists.
