Almost a decade of lasting friendship and collaboration between Malk and Psychical Research have escalated into DECADES. It is the inevitable comeback pushing the limits ad astra. They teamed up with the Slovakian project Notequal. 'Burning Up' is part of the collaborative 'The Valua EP' that comes on the Czech label SINFUL MAZE on 22nd of March 2021.

After several releases on Invisible since the creation of my alias Redpill five years ago, I feel honored to finally have the opportunity to remix Noisia.
They are and will remain for me one of the most prolific pillars of the Drum and Bass scene.
Having played electric bass for over ten years, I am sensitive to groove and "Shaking Hands" is one of the tracks that particularly resonated with me. I was instantly seduced by the bounce of its bassline, it's dark and joyful duality and the live effectiveness of its lead gimmick.
I can remember watching a Noisia video where Nik is explaining that the lead is made using actual wood saws recordings ... I still find that mind blowing!
I chose a techno drum and bass oriented remix because it matched well with the rhythmic placement and the intro theme of the original. I also emphasized the lead gimmick during a straight drum and bass part. I had the pleasure to hear ravers recognize the song during sets and sing the gimmick melody, such a powerful anthem!

Finalising the rice-remix-trilogy, Vici steps back into In The Lab Recordings territory to put his spin on Puzzle's now legendary "Yellow".

This remix was actually the first in the rice-trilogy that Vici had started, but as the classic gatekeepers we are, we wanted to wait til we could do the track justice before letting it slip.
