since 2022, i was gradually distancing myself from people. to indulge my personal fears, i started avoiding interactions with anyone, whether i knew them or not. that was a slow process, but eventually i became a lonely person. i was afraid of communicating again. i was afraid of myself. in 2025, i've realised many things, and one of them is that i should stop caring about those fears. that this whole time those fears were irrational. i should change myself, leave the past behind, move on, and come back to my friends, old and new ones. and i hope i won’t lose everyone again.
