it doesn't sound that much like Deadhead, it was probably just a mental thing where you realized where the inspiration for it came from

This is a song I started to write around early March 2014. About half way into the song I realized it sounded way too much like Devin Townsends 'Deadhead' so I abandoned it. 

I dont remember recording it or even what guitar I used, but here it is how I found it.
