Uncle Po is an amazing new artist that emerging from the burning Russia scene that it's happening in the present. A very talented artist that with small samples and a lot of creativity he create beautiful tracks full of feeling and rhythm that will make move your body and mind delicately.

In 2017 debuted with his first ep “Rock you”.

Uncle PO is a Nature lover and this is reflected in this album, this passion has been printed in every track attaining he manages to transport us to beautiful places and magical like the Russian forest, in which he was be inspired for this album.

Night & Forest is a beautiful album that you can enjoy at any moment of your day or night, alone or accompanied, you just have to close your eyes and let yourself go and the magic of Uncle Po will do the rest.

Uncle Po is moving perfectly between styles like deep house or techno creating a fully immersive, dense and heavy atmosphere. The tracks are delicate but also raw and hard, all without losing a point of elegance with catchy voices and rhythms, that catch us from their first listen.

No digital release, only 50 cassette copies available that will be distributed by Lobster Distribution and Erizados.

THE IMPORTANCE OF A GOOD MASTERING
Actually, there are a lot of artists and labels that sell their music unmastered or they master theirselves without any sound engineering knowledges!
If you want to be the best, you must have the best sound in the world. And you will get it with a good mastering.
After the best possible mix of the different instruments, sounds, clips, voices and loops of your tracks, after the best possible rendering of this different sounds, the mastering process is the last step before publishing your tracks.
A good mastering represents the polished of your tracks. In a good mastering we´ll ever search the perfection of your sound. Think on it: a good mastering represents the 50% of the decision of a possible buyer.

HOW WE DO
For mastering your tracks we use the latest techniques in this field, and the technology of the best brands in the market of course.
Our study is constantly renewed, and our current equipment is:
Hardware: 8-Core & Dual GPU Mac Pro, EQ SPL PQ Parametric, Avalon AD2022, Yamaha 01, VU DHD.
Software: Pro Tools, Logic Studio, Ableton, IK-Multimedia T-Racks… and a lot of plugins (as Waves plugins) that can be useful in some cases.
Speakers: Nearfield Genelec 8030A, Midfield Genelec 1032A, 1038A and Behringer Truth B2031A.
Interface: TC-Electronic Studio Konnekt 48
Processor: TC-Electronic Finalizer 96K

OUR PROCEDURE
Send us a 30 seconds cut of the track that you want to master with wav or aif format.
We'll check if all is ok. If not, we’ll contact you in order to rectify the mix. Then, we’ll master it and we´ll send you a 320 kbps mp3 copy.
If you are happy with the result, let's go and send us the full track!
As soon as we receive the payment, we´ll send you the full wav and mp3 mastered tracks.

(Please, read the requirements in the next paragraph)

REQUIREMENTS
We need your tracks meet this very important requirements. Please, pay close attention:
1.- All the plugins in the master channel must be turned off. Yes, all the plugins: compressor, limiter, maximizer, reverb, eq, dithering, etc.
2.- The highest peak of your wave must be between -6dBs and -4dBs.
3.- The wav of aif must be 48.000 hz - 24 bits at least.
If you don’t send us the tracks with this requirements, we’ll need a new file and the mastering will be delayed!

Usually less than one week.
