Day 8 of Experiment 30,5 days
I was so impressed by Experiment 61 days by Kaarel Kuusk (Vonkuusk on Soundcloud)that I decided to pay tribute by making my own, similar project - Experiment 30,5 days.

So I will make an audial composition every day. With one rule - base material for these must be acoustic recordings. Manipulating them via audio software is allowed. But generating a whole new sound via DAW's isn't allowed in my little project.

I hope you enjoy but most of all - I hope you have fun as much as I do.

My name is Martin-Eero Kõressaar and I am an upright bass player from Estonia. I study in the Estonian Academy of Music.
I have done a similar project before, (search for: "Experiment 30,5 days")
This time the rules are pretty much the same:

"With one rule - base material for these must be acoustic recordings (pickups allowed). Manipulating them via audio software is allowed. But generating a whole new sound via DAW's isn't allowed in my little project." (Exp30,5)

But this time there is much less time and also travelling meanwhile so it's going to be quite the ride.

Why am I doing this?
Because it keeps me alive inside.

69. Little Campsite

Day 72:
I remember the vinyl which came with one old National Geographic. It told that the songs humpback whales can be heard and picked up millions of miles out in the galaxy. It inspired me to make that song years back.

So there You are!
Inside Ambulance is almost ready. A matter of hours actually.
All design and stuff is done, still going through the list and making last minute changes to the songs before they hit the last master and burn.
I said it would be out on 23'rd but Christmas just kicked in and I took the time off.
And now I am back.

I wanted to share that one with You since it is one of the songs from Experiment 30,5 days. But I made a new version of that song for the album INSIDE AMBULANCE which consists of  works from either EXP 30,5 and UTBCH6!

Saudade is a deep emotional state of nostalgic or profound melancholic longing for an absent something or someone that one loves. Moreover, it often carries a repressed knowledge that the object of longing might never return

This is the second in a small acoustic album i'm writing. It was created on the spot during the recording as each song was inspired by the time of day it was written. Each song was written at the same time as its title.
