In Memory of the Forest is an interactive web exhibition where you as a visitor can take part in testimonies from people who still remember old-growth forests rich in mushrooms, animals and plants. The project is produced by #LINDUO - the artist duo Anna Berglind and Rikard Vilhelm Lindell, in collaboration with Skinnskatteberg municipality and Region Västmanland Sweden. The exhibition moves in an extinct landscape, a forest that is rapidly being replaced by forest plantations where biodiversity is a thing of the past. A virtual, digital room with sound and image, in which the visitors move by weighing and tilting the phone in their hand instead of using their index finger.

Rikard Vilhelm Lindell is an electroacoustic composer from the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm, a code artisan, interaction designer, and a university associate professor in computer science.
