This is a cover of one of my favourite songs, Terry Reid's - Rich Kid Blues.  The Raconteurs did a great version of this and my version takes this a little further, introduces some heavy riffing and searing solo's and rather than duplicate other covers offers a contrast with a female vocal.

Musician, songwriter, dreamer.  I grew up on a mix of Blues, Rock and Metal Music and whilst i've been in many bands in the past (Typically Metal) - i'm now recording whatever comes out when I pick up the guitar - whatever the genre and trying to collaborate whenever time permits.

The music on this site categorised as 'Rikki Siddle' are songs i've recorded which are primarily blues or lighter rock orientated tunes.

For any hard rock / metal orientated songs I've wrote and recorded - I've categorised them under the moniker 'Dead of Day' (Rikki Siddle just doesn't sound very metal!).  Typically these are influenced by some of my favourite  bands including Metallica, Machine Head, Pantera, Deftones etc..
