Mercury Vapor is a smooth 135 bpm breakbeat groove inspired by the glow of mercury vapor street lights. The green hue of this particular gas-discharge lamp adds an entrancing otherworldly glow to the street that it illuminates. The layers of swooping pads and the rich lead synth paint an illusory landscape. This transforms into a heavy groove with the introduction of the sub and breakbeat.
