"BEDONNERD" (meaning 'Crazy'), a flip on the well-known Hip Hop song "The Corner" By Common, is a track where the same flow is replicated in the Afrikaans Cape Flats slang, hence the name "REPLIKAANS" (Replicate + Afrikaans), which is also a play on words when it comes to RAP. This track is for entertainment purpose and to showcase lyrical ability as an MC/Hip Hop Artist/Writer.

Rimestein - Rime: Die Avenger 5.1 (raw version)

Rimestein is Hip Hop artist, poet and music producer from Mitchell's Plain, Cape Town.

Rimestein see's the art of rhyming fused with lyricism as a science, focusing on structures of sound patterns, flow, and how it influence, which he believes makes it powerful in self-expression, telling stories and addressing issues such as the mental, physical and spiritual state of society, political affairs, as well as using his artwork to address the social ills like gangster-ism, drug abuse and crime on the Cape Flats.

He is well known on the Cape Flats for tracks like his first single "Woorde" which addresses the subject of word sound power and the responsibility we have as people in how we choose to communicate, and also songs like "Lamspan" which speaks about the conditions of financial exploitation, a track which features on the "Skrikwakke" Hip Hop Compilation. His music has been played on various community and commercial radio stations as GHFM and Bush Radio,  He also performed at various events such as the "Tuin Van Digters", Vrystaat Literatuur Festival , and worked with well known artist, poets and organisations ranging from the The Inzync Poetry Sessions, CoCreateSA Cypher Session, Prince Albert Lees Fees, Anna Foundation Youth Creative Workshops and the "Zapiro en Die Digters" event, and in 2016 he was part of the Triple Seven Tour through Northern Cape where he shared his knowledge and understanding of rhymes and poetry.

He recently released his debut album called "Lat Hip Hop Jou Oplig", and is currently doing creative writing workshops with various schools and youth organisations in and around the Western Cape.
