Dre Ngozi is mostly known as a DJ, but she is also a multidisciplinary artist, host, curator, and producer. She's been cultivating her craft as a versatile artist in every way possible, from acting and media art to DJing and now music production and scoring. Diasporically drenched in black music, she's known for her ability to seamlessly move through different genres, taking crowds on an unexpected journey. She is beyond the definition of an open format DJ. No set is ever the same. Her unique music curation has led her to play in major North American cities, headlining major events for crowds in the thousands and DJing legendary parties worldwide. She’s provided memorable sets for Boiler Room TV, Redbull Sound Select, NXNE and has rocked the decks alongside other DJ heavy-hitters.

Among East Africa's most exciting DJs and a core member of Kampala's Nyege Nyege collective, Kampire’s vibrant bass-heavy sets have transported her to bring the best of Ugandan party culture to clubs & festivals across the world.  Her Boiler Room set from Nyege Nyege festival 2018 was a legitimate ‘internet moment’, with thousands of shares on Facebook leading to serious FOMO from electronic music fans watching online. Then in the midst of a global pandemic, Kampire’s Nyege Nyege 2020 opening ceremony DJ set stood out from the deluge of home DJ broadcasts, filmed on an island in the Nile for the digital edition of the festival, broadcast by Resident Advisor.

Originally from Venezuela, Yo Lee is currently based in Germany.
Her passion for music started at a young age, compulsively recording and collecting tracks. In 2016, a good friend introduced Yo Lee to the basics of DJing, and the journey began. Starting with a now-rare Hercules RMX, her dedication to the craft grew stronger.

Yo Lee's musical palette draws influences from House, Techno, Bassline, and Afro-Latin beats. Through vibrant and melodic mixes, she fuses together various rhythms, creating a celebration of music.

This mix is inspired by drum and percussion-driven pieces of UK Funky, Baile Funk, and electro House. She hopes listeners will enjoy the mix as much as they did while curating it.
