Launching the Maybe mix series is Ngunnawal (Canberra) based zara. I met zara a couple of years ago and it has been very exciting watching her grow into an exceptionally talented artist. 

zara has a great ear for layering interesting rhythms and always plays with excellent command of energy and flow: this 2 hour mix showcases that perfectly. Highlighting the breadth of her taste, zara's Maybe mix is a very well put together odyssey through deep and detailed selections.

zara has recently been honing her production too, her incredible understanding and passion for music shining through in all she does. We are all looking forward to hearing more!

Our first international addition to the FROCKUP mix series comes from Berlin based DJ, Victor Kubin. As a resident of the infamous queer party series, Riot, you may have heard of his regular 8 hour sets in the basement stage, delivering his unique take on classic Belgian sound. Some of the FROCKUP members were lucky enough to catch his set at Renate a few years back and have been dying to host him in some capacity ever since. Please enjoy this well-crafted hour of new beat and slowed down trance; as well as our chat about his favourite events, production and the clandestine environments of the contemporary rave (live on our site).
