This cosmopolitan lifestyle of ours allows us to take on many lives in many places, and it only asks for some open-mindedness in return. Something we all have as an intrinsic part of ourselves, a second skin of sorts that helps guide us across an infinitude of realities, sensibilities and possibilities that such a vast world of global sounds puts in front of us. Such is the globetrotting being of The Lot Radio host and Bad Times Disco founder, Ani Phoebe , and one that exists basically in, for and with music throughout a trajectory that saw her living amidst the sensorial intensity of lively cities such as São Paulo, Hong Kong and New York as well as travelling everywhere in between. This variety of experiences, perspectives and musicalities is exactly what she brings us here in this episode, taking us along on a fascinating ride towards uncharted territories of tonal richness and rhythmic opulence.
