Sam Karam (@samkaram) is a young South London based DJ and producer, who runs the newly formed Anti Skate record label (@antiskatelondon) alongside Francis Sapphire (@francissapphire), who he met while dipping his toes in the Brighton electronic scene. As we mentioned in our premiere yesterday, @Austin-Ato is Scotland’s next underground sensation. A producer with a few aliases, producing music under many different styles and genres, it’s no wonder he's able to combine so many varying influences with ease. Perhaps best known for his Drums of Death alias, he’s quickly put himself on the radar as Austin Ato, filling the bags of many a DJ with his records, most of which have been released within the past year.

Listing disco as his primary sound, it’s a genre that is clearly heard within his productions but alone is definitely not the only defining label, as he clearly draws from many other sources as well.
