Hi Peeps.

I would like to share my Master Track Mix. I’ve selected 12 tracks from last year's 2021 music releases by Rioleval.
I've included a couple of non-releases in the mix too.
This musical Journey consists of multiple genres that have inspired me over the years. Some producers would probably suggest that my early-stage concept of thought wouldn’t possibly work due to the combinations being very diverse.
I think it's worked out overall.
The genre combinations and inspirations coming from Soul, Funk, Jazz, Disco, Reggae, Country, and Electronic genres that influenced me in the 90’s. The samples and cuts are layered up with deep chords and airy pads using minimal drum looping sounds from the famous MPC 3000, Roland 808 and 909 drum machines.
Also using a Roland 303 sound to create the acid sounding element on track (TeeBee03) hence the name. The 303 element drives this track while adding the arpeggiator with long pads to create an airy atmosphere with jazzy elements improvising this vibe. This track is also featured on the Master Track Mix.

SoSure Music welcome Rioleval to the artist roster in December. 

From residencies in Cambridge (UK) to Perth (Australia), DJ and producer Rioleval has been delicately honing his skills in a club setting for many years. Learning his craft and detailing the nuances whilst educating himself on how to control a crowd, across a multitude of genres and styles. 

Armed with that knowledge, he now takes his first steps into music production. Fusing together a range of influences from funk, soul and jazz with a classic house sensibility, he proudly presents his aptly named debut EP, ‘The Beginning’ which is set for release on Friday 11th December through SoSure Music.

Following on from his debut release on SoSure Music, Rioleval  now delivers his ‘Improvise At Noon’. 

Kicking off his production career with the aptly named ‘The Beginning’, Rioleval takes further steps to solidify his position and ‘Improvise At Noon’ holds many of the same values as his debut; funk, soul and jazz influences fused together with an underlying house sensibility. 

Rioleval takes key inspirations from the 90’s club scene and it is clear to see that the classic house sound is engrained  in his productions, keeping the faith with a genre he has explored and grown with throughout his career. ‘Improvise At Noon’  carries much of the same influences as his debut, with clear intent on providing groove driven house music, across both the title track and ‘Mini Drive. Available from Friday 26th February through SoSure Music.
