explaining the abuse of power of the Pharmaceutical companies who take advantage with over priced medication for those who need it, and how every day people struggle to afford hospital treatments and suffer due to insurance companies not paying what is due. Some become addicted on these drugs they become trapped. Hoping this song can inspire others and help awareness, give some hope to others to some and let them know they are not alone in these dark times
