And the Earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep… and then sometime around 2009, probably a Thursday, Sarah decided enough was enough, there was new Metal to be had and it was she that would have a go at it. So together with her band of grumpy old men (Ivo and Rich) they set out together and decided that it would be a good idea to make it awesome.
So through the primordial ooze they trod, crafting and honing their ideas of crazy songs with weird titles, fast bits and odd time signatures. Until one day in 2013, around tea time, they stumbled across a rather peculiar creature following a packed gig in Camden, he said his name was Victor and he liked to hit strings with his thumb. Instantly they knew that his man was a fool, but they took pity on him and asked if he would have a go at bass instead, and lo, it was good.
Now united under a banner of Metal, their collective frustrations with the mechanical corrupted society that had grown up around them drove them on. These once meek and friendly souls knew that they would have to use their powers for good. They decided that they had a voice and whilst that voice was slightly unhinged, it did at times make sense of this suffocating deluge of lies, hatred and pain that was filling humanity.
This is the beginning of their story. There are no happy endings to be had here, only truths and justice.
