Ethnic patterns with African motives, tribal percussions, glorious pads, epic melodies all at once sounds way too crazy for modern electronic music, but hello, let us introduce you to R.I.P Bestia and his debut EP ‘African Wedding Ceremony’.

Lead single is a warm desert grooved track with chanting vocals, repetitive motives and rich textures; they all interweave and vibe you right inside its African rhythm. A sense of multiple layering emerges as the density increases up until you dissolve completely. ‘African Wedding Ceremony’ is undoubtedly a wondrous sonic exposition for those who appreciate excellence.

Hypnotic bassline, light hi-hats and enticing vocals of ‘Missing You’ are bound to get you into some secret shamanic ritual. It’s going to captivate your senses and take your mind on an enlightening journey. Deep and brooding, with cascading chimes and subtly rising melody – shout-out to the producer for crafting a majestic and slow burning epic.

The deal is sealed with a mighty tribal workout ‘We Were in MDI’. Think uptempo, well-tripped swagger with a bit of acidic magic dust, some hypnotically autotuned vocal chords and swirling analogue madness.  Underground warehouse rave-era’s early 90s heyday, anyone?

Up on the horizon we’re having yet another single off Henry Saiz & Band’s album ‘Human’. ‘Dragon Hills’, a song inspired by beautiful Saigon, is an emotive escape into a dreamy world of twinkling melodies, blissfully mesmerizing vocals and a touching storyline tugging at your heartstrings once again. The song is a perfect harmony between happiness and sadness, hopes and dreams, ups and downs – feelings and emotions a little too familiar to literally anyone. If you’re looking for an emotional rollercoaster ride of a record, Dragon Hills is your safe bet. 

Original song comes a long with a tasteful remix by one of our favourites R.I.P Bestia, who delivers a hypnotic club weapon complete with tribal grooves, euphoric builds, loopy vocals and trippy synths making this rework equally psychedelic and enchanting. Expect an array of drums and percussion sounding all steamy and seductive adding an exotic feel to the original and a solid dancefloor groove. 

These two catchy, atmospheric, unfolding beauties make this an intricate package built through simplicity. A package to get lost in.

R.I.P Bestia returns to Natura Sonoris with another euphoric EP. Titled ´African Burial Ceremony´, it consists of two beautifully nuanced originals and of an evocative Henry Saiz remix. ´Dreamlike melody meets all-enveloping atmospheres´ is how you could briefly describe the title track. It has a hypnotic tribal groove, which pulsates with subtleties and instruments, setting the tone for the chanting voices you hear throughout. It´s soft, it´s warm, it´s inviting but also musically rich, club driven and overall utterly satisfying. A second original of the EP, ´Own Empire´, is a more uptempo and faster-paced piece curated by powerful beats, spell-binding synthlines, enchanting vocals and acidic basslines turning the track into a real trip that will sink you into a fantasy state. Elegant and swirling, it will make you move whether you wanted or not. Last but not least is Henry Saiz´s take on ´African Burial Ceremony´ who crafted an organic, driving track lead by the original tribal layers, magical chimes, elegant drum fills and lush distorted vocals that guide us to the deepest corners of our minds. Saiz´s use of sonics has always been meticulous and sophisticated, always unfolding his signature touch, and this remix is no exception. He takes the natural tribal rhythm and enriches it with his own unique magic creating a truly psychedelic adventure and taking us deep into a mystical valley of cosmic delights and eclipsed totalities. This EP will no doubt leave a long-lasting impression on the many dancefloors it will effortlessly mesmerize. And watch this space as this EP is an intro to R.I.P Bestia´s debut artist album that will see the light at the beginning of next year.
