Very excited to have one of the most exciting exports from Denmark currently, delivering a face melting trance set for us this week. DJ G2G has been knocking out some proper full speed trance tracks over the last few years and is really starting to make a real name for himself. He has been dropping tracks in all the right places such as Extra Energy, Union Trance Mission and of course for us on Ismus. He has also been making some of the best edits currently going, such as his own take on the Erika De Casier track 'What U Wanna Do?'.

As expected G2G gets things moving from the beginning with his fast paced spacey trance sounds. Get yourself ready as you are in for a ride.

Onleash is the latest project from the Oslo-based artist Erik Spanne. His unique blend of hardcore techno laced with trap-phone chirps, pummelling kick drums and ultrasharp melodies has already become a secret weapon for some of the leading DJs and tastemakers like; VTSS, Anetha, SPFDJ, Shlomo, Juliana Huxtable and many more.

Together with the Norwegian artist FAKETHIAS he started MASSIVE GAIN a multidisciplinary project appearing in various forms, both as a record label and as the duo’s singular musical output. MASSIVE GAIN embodies techno as a vessel for experimentation, fusing its memetics with an insurgent perspective of club music.
Onleash is set to play at the next ISMUS XL party Alte Munze in March, while is also preparing a compilation release on MASSIVE GAIN featuring work from DJ Valentimes, FAKETHIAS, Truthspeaker, himself and more.

A: " Tbh I always can feel a deep connection with animals, the ones who live with humans, living in the cities or the wild ones. But every time I tried to think about if I was a kinda animal, what I was - I couldn't find out any answers from my deep consciousness, I felt pretty isolated when trying to imagine the transformation from my body into an animal body, to extend my sense as what animal has.  But, compared with feeling what animal feels, I had a very strong power to lead me to feel more like a tree and deeply to believe I was a tree before."

Nanzhen Yang joins us for our tenth event on 19th May with DINA, My Gander, and Teecra. Ahead of the party, the London-based, multiple-disciplined artist and DJ records an intense mix for us. Stitching serrated melodies with driving drums and noisy soundscapes, it showcases Nanzhen’s no-holds-barred approach. As a fine art graduate, Nanzhen experiments with different sound palettes and makes full use of her animism-based mind in music, as heard across the dancefloors of Boudica, Body Movements, RE:SISTANCE, Mønster Queen and more. Join us in May to experience Nanzhen in action.
