Let me tell you a story – a "Trippy Story."

This is more than just a new release for me; it’s a reflection of my deepest connection to psychedelics and psychedelic music.

Believe it or not, most of the lines and leads in this track were written 9 years ago. Yes, you read that right! Back then, I spent countless hours in the studio, immersing myself in music, sound design, production, and of course, psychedelics.

At the time, I was deeply inspired by legends like X-Dream and Hallucinogen—influences you can likely hear throughout the track. I had just gotten my Nord Rack, which I explored inside out, creating many of the main textures and leads you'll hear today.

Even back then, I knew this track was special—at least to me. The lines and textures felt so deep and unique that I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to recreate that feeling. So, I decided to save it, holding onto the track until the timing felt just right.

2024 has been the best year for Mystic so far, and I knew it was finally time to share "Trippy Story" with the world. While some sounds and lines were reworked and the mix reshaped, I’ve kept the “naive” textures and original emotions intact to preserve the vibe from all those years ago.

This is my trippy story. So take a moment, take a deep breath, and join me on this trip.

Shayman hails from the trance hub of Israel. After his recently successful 'Strange Sense' EP released on Nano Records, the calls for 'more' are now being answered with his first full length debut album! "Landing on the Moon" presents a young producer with a huge amount of potential, and working closely with Eitan Reiter (of LOUD fame) has proved priceless, with Shayman's Nu-School Israeli sound pulling influences from classic trance to current Psy grooves, into a new distinct sound that soon everyone will be talking about. Enormous funky bass lines and up tempo melodies characterize Shayman's distinctive style and bring forth an album that will surely take the lead in a refreshing new sound set to rock psychedelic dance floors.

Rising Dust is the musical expression of two bright minds that coexist in perfect harmony with the purpose of touching & elevating one's spirit.
John Aharon & Ami Dahan, are longtime friends and have both been individually active in the world of electronic based dance floor music production. 
Their collaboration sparked a big light and led to the formation of the Rising Dust elevating & positive expression.
In the past few years the duo has been gaining popularity on both local & international level, accomplishing one remarkable milestone after the other.
 The release of their 4th studio album 'Arba', released in 2018, took the duo to new uncharted realms allowing them to venture through the underground and above ground scenes.  
The Rising Dust fan base includes a tribe of thousands spread out all over the globe. It is their ultimate source of energy & the reason to get up in the morning and sit long hours in the studio.
Rising Dust debut performance at Ozora Festival 2019 has given a sneak preview to their psychedelically powered 5th album which is due for release later on this year on Shamanic Tales Records.
The Rising Dust phenomena is rich in texture, full of colour and is always evolving and changing.
